International Master in Business & Management - IMBM

The main objective of the International Master in Business & Management - IMBM is to develop in students a solid patrimony of general management skills that allows them to acquire the most advanced and effective management and leadership tools and models, as well as to understand the logic of integration between various business functions. The LUM-IÉSEG IMBM is challenging and requires students to have a strong motivation, enthusiasm and energy to tackle a challenging and international journey that includes active participation in the classroom and a decisive contribution to group projects and extracurricular activities. After having completed the first semester of IMBM, students will complete with the MIB path. 

The MIB track (Master in International Business)

Students will achieve:

• International Master in Business & Management (IMBM) First level Master's Degree from LUM School of Management 
• Master in International Business (MIB), accredited AMBA, AACS, EQUIS, from IÉSEG School of Management, that is a State recognized program (Grade de Master: Diplôme d'Études Spécialisées en Management International) and a registered title with the French RNCP (the National Registry of Professional certification).
• The training credits acquired with the title of International Master in Business & Management can be utilized to achieve the Master's Degree in Economics and Management (LM77) of the LUM University. 

LUM-IÉSEG International Master in Business & Management Specialised Master in International Business - MIB track provides the skills and mindset to succeed in international business field necessary to manage corporations in different international contexts. 

One international Master, two Degrees awarded: 

LUM - International Master in Business & Management 

IÉSEG - Master in International BUSINESS, State regognized 'Grade de Master' (Diplôme d'Études Spécialisées en Management International). 

The training credits acquired with the title of Master in International Business & Managemtn can be utilized to achieve the Master's Degree Course in Economics and Management (LM77) of the Department of Management, Finance and tecnology of the LUM University. 

The LUM-IÉSEG IMBM aims to develop the most advanced and effective general management skills, provide innovative management and leadership tools and models as well as investigate the main challenges that companies will have to face in the near future. 

The main objectives are: 

• to develop the professional skills necessary to intervene within organisations with an integrated, responsible and sustainable vision of main business problems; 
• to present the state of the art of tools, models and theories of management and leadership; 
• to allow the improvement in attitude and behaviour;
• to inform about main managerial and economic trends via workshops and meetings with international renowned leaders, opinion leaders and executives. 

The competences acquired facilitate access to corporate or consulting roles of responsability that require an integrated vision of business activities.
